Job summary

Mercy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy to patients with neuromuscular, skeletal and perceptual disorders under physician supervision.

You will assess, plan, implement and document treatments across acute, rehab, outpatient, home health or long-term care settings, with emphasis on patient safety and efficient scheduling. A valid state license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current state OT license and valid driver's license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home occupational therapy services to patients under physician direction.
• Assess patients, develop, implement and adjust treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with care team.
• Schedule visits efficiently and manage time in home health settings.
• Coordinate with agency staff, physicians and hospital personnel.
