Job summary

Mercy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services to patients with neuromuscular, skeletal, and perceptual disorders under physician direction. This role requires graduation from an accredited OT program, an active state license, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of relevant experience.

You will schedule visits, document care, communicate with teams, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current state OT license.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum 1 year experience in acute, rehab, outpatient, home health or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home occupational therapy services under physician direction.
• Schedule patient visits and coordinate with office staff.
• Document care and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospital staff, and agency personnel.
• Assess patients and develop treatment plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
