Job summary

As our Occupational Therapist, you will provide essential in-home occupational therapy services under a physician's orders. Your role involves evaluating home safety, assessing functional needs, and implementing tailored treatment to promote independence.

Every day, you will evaluate home safety, assess the functional needs of patients with physical disabilities, and then develop, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment procedures.

Qualifications

• CA Occupational Therapist license required upon hire.
• CPR/BLS certification required upon hire.
• Driver's license valid in CA upon hire.
• Auto insurance required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate home safety and assess patients' functional needs.
• Develop, plan, and implement individualized OT treatment to promote independence.
• Provide ongoing evaluation, treatment planning, and direct or consultative OT services for pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Demonstrate strong assessment, planning, and implementation skills; maintain patient confidentiality and educate patients.
