Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program or equivalent.
• Eligible to take or has completed NBCOT certification exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under a physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensure the plan of care addresses identified problems and documents rationale.
• Ensure safety and effectiveness of OT service delivery and complete timely documentation.
• Supervise home health aides when RN is not active in the case and perform other duties as assigned.
