21st Century Home Health Services (21HHS) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide skilled home health evaluations and therapy. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe, effective home-based care and caregiver coaching in Natomas area.

Ideal candidates have CA OT license, BLS/CPR, and a CA driver's license; enjoys autonomy, flexible schedules, and comprehensive benefits including 401k and PTO.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted CA Occupational Therapist License is required.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification is required.
• Valid CA Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and address the needs of individuals in their homes.
• Address home safety, medication management, and wheelchair seating and positioning.
