Powerback Rehabilitation To You in New Hampshire is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home outpatient services to older adults in Bedford and Manchester. You will evaluate, plan, and implement OT interventions in patients' homes or in living facilities, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, mentorship for new grads, continuing education, and potential visa sponsorship or relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Must hold a valid and unencumbered OT license as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in-home for older adults.
• Supervise OT assistants, students, and support personnel as appropriate.
• Adhere to treatment schedules, documentation, and meetings.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and community physicians to determine the best therapy plan.
• Adapt plans of care to individual patient needs and ensure safety in the home environment.
• Order supplies and maintain equipment; assist with home safety and patient education.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop functional goals and treatment plans.
