Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation in the older adult population, with care in-home or in living facilities in Keene, NH.

You will evaluate and treat in functional environments, coordinate with the rehab team, supervise assistants when needed, and maintain timely documentation while offering flexible scheduling and opportunities for mentorship and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ACOTE-accredited OT curriculum.
• Initial NBCOT registration.
• Valid OT license in state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home/outpatient OT services for older adults.
• Assess and treat in the patient’s home or ILF room.
• Supervise OT assistants, temporary licensees, students and support staff as applicable.
• Adhere to scheduling, clinical and billing documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team including physicians to tailor therapy plans.
• Adapt plans of care to individual patient needs.
