Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You, Mobile Outpatient is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist in Bedford and Manchester, NH, to deliver in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults in diverse settings.

Flexible schedule and a consistent patient load are offered, with a strong clinical mentorship program for new grads, free CEUs, and opportunities for visa sponsorship and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
• Initial registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patient residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services in in-home and facility settings for older adults.
• Develop and implement OT treatment plans and goals with patients and caregivers.
• Supervise OT assistants and collaborate with the rehabilitation team as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and communicate progress with physicians and other care providers.
• Ensure documentation, safety, and adherence to licensure requirements.
