Qualifications

• ACOTE-accredited OT degree.
• Initial NBCOT registration.
• Valid OT license in the practice state.
• Driver's license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation in home and facility settings.
• Supervise assistants and students as permitted by state licensure.
• Maintain timely clinical and billing documentation.
• Attend care conferences and collaborate with the rehab team.
• Develop and adjust therapy plans to meet patient goals.
• Promote safety and order supplies as needed.
