Job summary

Powerback offers in-home occupational therapy for older adults, delivering outpatient rehabilitation in private homes or independent living facilities. The clinician will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, coordinating with the rehab team to maximize independence and function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program and NBCOT registration.
• Valid state OT license in practicing location.
• Initial NBCOT certification required for eligibility to practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in in-home settings for older adults.
• Evaluate patients, develop and implement OT treatment plans and goals.
• Supervise OT assistants, students, and temporary licensees as required.
