PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults, in private homes or independent living facilities, to support functional recovery and independence.

You will assess, treat, and document patient progress, collaborate with the rehab team, supervise aides as required, and adapt plans to each home setting, with a flexible schedule and travel across service areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial NBCOT certification is required.
• Valid OT license in the practicing state.
• Driver's license or reliable transportation essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient in-home occupational therapy services to older adults.
• Evaluate and design therapy plans and document progress.
• Coordinate with care teams across settings.
• Promote safety and adapt activities for home environments.
• Supervise assistants as required and ensure compliance with licensure.
• Maintain records and collaborate with physicians.
