Qualifications

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Eligible to take NBCOT entry-level certification exam.
• 1+ year related occupational therapy experience; regional leadership approval if <1 year.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services under a physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensure plan of care addresses all identified problems; document rationale if not addressed.
• Ensure safety and effectiveness of therapy service delivery.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Supervise home health aide when RN is not active in the case.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
