UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in their homes, promoting independence, safety, and quality of life. You will collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans in line with physician orders and agency policies.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OT program (AOTA).
• Current OT license in the assigned state.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of OT experience.
• NBCOT certification eligibility or completion.
• If under 1 year experience, regional clinical leaders' approval required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for all aspects of occupational therapy service delivery provided under a physician approved plan of care.
• Ensures the plan of care addresses all problems identified in the assessment.
• Accountable for the safety and effectiveness of the therapy service delivery process.
• Completes documentation timely and accurately.
• Supervises home health aide when RN is not active in the case.
• Other duties as assigned.
