UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in their homes, promoting independence and safety. You’ll collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans based on physician orders.

Responsibilities include delivering all aspects of OT services under a physician-approved plan, ensuring documentation, and supervising a home health aide when needed.

Qualificações

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Eligible for NBCOT entry-level certification.
• Minimum one year OT experience (mentoring may be required for <1 year).
• CPR certification current.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver OT services under physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensure plan of care addresses identified problems from assessment.
• Maintain safety and effectiveness of OT service delivery.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Supervise home health aide when RN is not active in the case.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
