Job summary

101 Mobility is seeking a Mobility Consultant to meet families in their homes, assess their mobility and safety needs, and design customized solutions. You will take measurements, share simple sketches, and recommend products with clear estimates.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through options with empathy, managing the full sales process from consultation to handoff, and coordinating with partners and internal teams to ensure on-time completion.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and spend significant time in the field.
• Ability to manage a schedule independently.

Responsibilities

• Meet with families in their homes to assess mobility and safety needs.
• Take measurements, photos, and simple sketches to design solutions.
• Recommend appropriate mobility products and provide estimates.
• Guide customers through options with empathy and clarity.
• Manage the full sales process from consultation to installation handoff.
• Build relationships with referral partners (healthcare providers, agencies, community organizations).
• Follow up with customers and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed as promised.
