Job summary

101 Mobility is seeking a Mobility Consultant to meet families in their homes, assess their mobility and safety needs, and design customized solutions. You will take measurements, share simple sketches, and recommend products with clear estimates.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through options with empathy, managing the full sales process from consultation to handoff, and coordinating with partners and internal teams to ensure on-time completion.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and spend significant time in the field.
• Ability to manage a schedule independently.

We help families stay safe and independent in their homes by providing mobility and accessibility solutions. As a Mobility Consultant, you'll meet with families in their homes, understand their needs, and recommend solutions that improve safety, comfort, and independence.

This is a consultative, relationship-based sales role - not high-pressure selling.

What You'll Do

• Meet with families in their homes to assess mobility and safety needs

What We're Looking For

• Sales, customer service, or consultative experience (in-home sales a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Basic understanding or comfort with construction/home environments
• Strong follow-through and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
