Kitchen Tune-Up Bloomfield Montclair is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Consultant for our Northern New Jersey territory. You’ll meet with homeowners in their homes, present kitchen and bath remodeling options, and close on projects ranging from mid to high end.

Designed for seasoned closers, this role offers exclusive leads, back-office support, and a financing program to boost deals. Expect ongoing training, a strong commission structure, and year‑round demand in Essex County communities.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience in kitchen & bath remodeling required.
• Ability to present and close high-ticket home improvement projects.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Professional presence when meeting clients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Run 5–7 in-home consultations weekly with qualified homeowners.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Handoff design specs to in-house designers and manage revisions.
• Coordinate with project manager on orders and timelines.
• Walk jobs with installers and stay engaged through completion.
• Build referral networks with designers, contractors, and real estate partners.
• Maintain minimum 30% close rate.
