Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Consultant for our Northern New Jersey territory. We sell mid-to-high-end kitchen and bath remodeling, including refacing, redooring, full custom kitchens, and aging-in-place upgrades.

You will close deals with pre-screened leads while our in-house team handles design and installation. Designers on standby, in-house installers, and financing options (including 0% promos) support your success.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience in kitchen & bath remodeling required.
• Ability to present and close tickets from $20K to $100K+.
• Comfortable in clients' homes with professional presence.
• Reliable transportation and basic computer skills.
• Available days with some evenings and weekend appointments.

Responsibilities

• Run 5 to 7 in-home consultations per week with qualified homeowners.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Coordinate with in-house designers and installers.
• Build a referral pipeline with designers, contractors, builders, and real estate partners.
• Hold a minimum 30% close rate.
