Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up is hiring an experienced In-Home Sales Consultant for our Northern New Jersey territory. We sell mid-to-high-end kitchen and bath remodeling with in-house designers and installers handling drawings and installations, so you focus on selling.

You'll run 5–7 in-home consultations weekly, present financing options, and close deals; exclusive leads are provided, plus back-office support and ongoing coaching. Compensation ranges from $110k to $200k per year with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience in kitchen & bath remodeling required.
• Ability to close tickets from $20K to $100K+.
• Reliable transportation and availability including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run 5 to 7 in-home consultations per week with qualified homeowners.
• Present financing options, ask for the order, follow up until you close.
• Hand off design specs to in-house designers, who handle drawings.
• Coordinate with the project manager on clean product orders.
• Walk the job with our in-house installers before work starts and stay engaged through completion.
• Build a referral pipeline with designers, contractors, builders, and real estate partners.
• Hold a minimum 30% close rate.
