Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Bloomfield is seeking a results-driven in-home and showroom sales consultant to design and close premium kitchen and bath projects in Essex County and Northern NJ. You’ll cultivate relationships in-person and via referrals, delivering client-centered quotes and coordinating with our in-house team to guide projects from consultation to review.

Success is earned through a 100% commission model with strong potential for repeat business, backed by our own installers and showroom

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or showroom sales in kitchen, bath or other premium home improvement.
• Track record of earning well on 100% commission, ideally with repeat and referral business.
• Design fluency in layouts, cabinetry lines, materials and current trends.
• Reliable transportation, a valid license, and daytime availability with some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run company-provided in-home consultations and generate your own through referrals, the showroom, and local realtors, designers, contractors and community groups.
• Check in during the project, do the final walkthrough, and ask for the review and referral.

Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up Bloomfield are growing across Essex County and Northern NJ, designing and installing everything from cabinet refacing and bath updates to custom kitchens, luxury baths and aging-in-place remodels ($20K to $100K+). We're seeing more and more of our business come from past clients, their neighbors, and the realtors and trades who refer them.
