Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Bloomfield Montclair is seeking a driven in-home showroom sales consultant to grow a client base through referrals, showrooms, and partnerships with realtors and designers. You will guide clients from initial consults to project close, delivering elegant kitchen and bath upgrades with our in-house resources.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or showroom sales in kitchen, bath or other premium home improvement.
• A track record of earning well on 100% commission and repeat/referral business.
• Design fluency in layouts, cabinetry lines, materials and current trends.
• Reliable transportation, a valid license, and daytime availability with some evenings and weekends.

• Run company-provided in-home consultations and generate your own through referrals, the showroom, and local realtors, designers, contractors and community groups.
• Check in during the project, do the final walkthrough, and ask for the review and referral.

100% commission, uncapped. Consultants earn an estimated $160K-$200K a year.

Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up Bloomfield are growing across Essex County and Northern NJ, designing and installing everything from cabinet refacing and bath updates to custom kitchens, luxury baths and aging-in-place remodels ($20K to $100K+). We're seeing more and more of our business come from past clients, their neighbors, and the realtors and trades who refer them.
