Job summary

Sorenson Communications is seeking an Installer/Trainer to install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes, train users on features, and promote the service. The role requires strong customer service skills, ability to travel less than 25%, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends if needed.

Core duties include maintaining inventories, completing reports, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train customers in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service.
• Assist Outreach Specialist with lead generation activities as needed.
• Guide other CaptionCall activities and make recommendations for expanding the breadth and reach of the business.
• Complete service calls and maintain accurate records.
