Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a caring Installer/Trainer in Huntsville, AL for a part-time role with a flexible schedule. You will train customers at their homes on using the CaptionCall phone and features, and enjoy independent work with opportunities for growth.

You will install and troubleshoot phones, promote services, generate referrals, attend events, and maintain records. Travel is under 25% as needed, with minimum education of a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience.
• Sales experience.
• Experience working in the hearing health field.
• Experience working with senior citizens.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and generate referrals.
• Attend trade shows and other corporate events as assigned.
• Create lead generation activities and referrals.
• Maintain customer records and complete required reports.
