Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in home infusion therapy to join our team. The RN will conduct in-home infusion visits, provide patient education, and collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure safe and effective therapy for patients receiving TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics.

Per Diem, Flexible Hours as an Independent Contractor, with responsibilities including assessments, documentation, and liaison between patient, family, and providers.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with state nursing board.
• 2+ years of home infusion experience or in infusion centers.
• CRNI certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with IVIG and IV biologics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion therapy visits per plan of care.
• Provide patient education and counselling on therapy protocols and adherence.
• Maintain and document clinical notes in records.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Assess patient progress and adjust plans with clinical guidelines.
