Job summary

AmeriPharma seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with home infusion expertise to join our team on a per diem basis. You will conduct in-home visits, educate patients, and collaborate with the pharmacy and medical team to ensure safe, effective infusion therapy for adults and pediatric patients.

You will document interventions, manage plans of care, and maintain high-quality patient communication under the Director of Nursing's guidance.

Qualifications

• RN license active in the state where employed.
• At least 2 years of experience in home infusion or infusion centers.
• Experience with IV immunoglobulins and IV biologics; CRNI certification preferred.
• Experience with peripheral IV starts, infusion therapy, and phlebotomy for adults and children.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home infusion visits according to plan of care.
• Document nursing interventions and maintain accurate records.
• Educate patients and families on therapy protocols and medication safety.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and healthcare team to optimize care and adherence.
• Assess patient status and adjust care plans as needed.
