Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with home infusion therapy expertise to join our team. This role delivers in-home infusion services and patient education, covering therapies such as TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics.

The RN will provide telephone and in-person education, clinical interventions, and collaborate with pharmacy to ensure safe, effective care. Per diem, flexible hours, independent contractor arrangement, with CT locations including Hartford, Ridgefield, Winsted,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN state license.
• 2+ years of experience in home infusion and infusion centers.
• 2+ years experience with IV Immunoglobulins and IV Biologics; CRNI preferred.
• Experience with peripheral IV starts and phlebotomy for adults and pediatrics.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• CPR and BLS certification; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home infusion visits per care plan.
• Document nursing interventions and maintain records.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and other clinical teams.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols and adherence.
• Assess and update care plans; adjust as needed.
