Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide licensed nursing care in patients' homes or alternate infusion sites as part of our nationwide infusion program. You will work under direct supervision, performing treatments, documentation, and education to ensure safe, compliant care under a physician’s plan of care.

The role emphasizes patient safety, care coordination, and collaboration with the Clinical team while maintaining HIPAA and company policies.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class per policy).

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments and educates patients/families.
• Assesses patient needs and status at each visit and clarifies physician orders as needed.
• Provides patient-centered teaching to promote independence with prescribed therapy.
• Completes real-time clinical documentation and submits it for billing and continuity of care.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares patient instructions for transfer of care.
• Adheres to agency policies, standards, and HIPAA/privacy regulations.
