The role requires an active RN license in the practicing state and current CPR certification, with potential for travel to patient locations as part of routine duties.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 1 year of home health or acute care RN experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).
• Ability to travel 100% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic direct patient care in home or infusion site.
• Administer medications and educate patients and caregivers.
• Prepare real-time clinical documentation for billing.
• Coordinate discharge planning with clinicians.
