Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in the home or infusion sites under supervision. You will implement nursing plans, administer therapies, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the clinical team for seamless continuity of care.

Responsibilities include documenting care in real time, assisting with discharge planning, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and agency policies while traveling as needed to support diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).
• Licensure to operate a motor vehicle with proof of liability insurance.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.
• Ability to set professional growth goals with nurse manager.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Communicates with clinical team and physicians to coordinate care.
• Prepares discharge planning and summaries.
• Maintains accurate real-time documentation for billing and care continuity.
