Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in home or alternate infusion sites under physician plans of care. The role requires close supervision and adherence to policies, HIPAA guidelines, and quality standards.

You will document care in real time, coordinate with the Clinical team, and support discharge planning while educating patients and families to promote independence with prescribed therapies.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; 1 year infusion/home health experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and monitors nursing plan of care in home or infusion site.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, educates patients and families.
• Documents care in real-time and ensures timely billing documentation.
