Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in home infusion therapy to join our team. This per diem role involves in-home visits, patient education, and collaboration with pharmacy departments to ensure safe, effective treatment in patients' homes.

You will provide counseling, monitor therapies such as IVIG and IV biologics, and maintain accurate records under the Director of Nursing. Flexible hours and independent contractor status offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN state license.
• 2+ years of experience in home infusion and infusion centers.
• 2+ Experience with IV Immunoglobulins and IV Biologics; CRNI preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; effective interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in computer skills and ability to manage records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion visits according to the plan of care.
• Provide patient education on therapy protocols, side effects, and adherence.
• Collaborate with pharmacy departments and healthcare teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain comprehensive nursing notes and update records regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
