AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in home infusion therapy to join our team. This role combines infusion visits and patient education, delivering in-home care for treatments such as IVIG, TPN, and IV biologics.

The RN will provide telephone and in-person education, perform assessments, and coordinate with the pharmacy under the Director of Nursing. This per diem, independent contractor position offers flexible hours and opportunities to impact patient

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN state license.
• 2+ years of experience in home infusion or infusion centers.
• Experience with IVIG and IV biologics; CRNI preferred.
• Good interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; accurate record keeping.

Aufgaben

• Conduct in-home infusion visits per care plan.
• Document nursing notes and patient interventions.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and other departments as a clinical resource.
• Educate patients on therapies, side effects, and adherence.
