Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications are a plus.
• HVAC or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

• Proficient with CRM and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct in-home consultations and assessments to recommend HVAC systems.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with installation and service teams for seamless delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and rebates.
• Assist in managing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Prepare MA Save Rebates, Financing, and Permit documents.
• Process equipment, materials, and subcontractor purchase orders.
