Job summary

Integrity Heating & Air, Inc. in Laurel, Delaware is seeking an experienced HVAC sales professional to guide homeowners from first consultation through installation, building trust and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

You will meet with homeowners, prepare proposals and pricing, manage the sales pipeline, and coordinate with the install team to deliver high-quality results while working Tuesday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales, home services, or a related field (5 years preferred).
• Strong ability to build trust and communicate clearly with homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Self-starter who can manage their schedule and follow through on appointments.
• Comfortable working in the field and inside customers’ homes.
• Ability to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess heating and cooling needs, evaluate existing systems, and recommend the right HVAC solutions
• Prepare accurate proposals, pricing, and job details, ensuring all information is properly documented in the CRM
• Guide customers through the sales process, building trust and delivering a high-level customer experience
• Maintain consistent communication with customers from first meeting through installation
• Manage your sales pipeline, including lead follow-up, estimates, and tracking job progress
• Coordinate with the install team to ensure clear scope, accurate job details, and a smooth, well-executed project
