Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is seeking motivated In-Home Sales Representatives (Comfort Advisors) to help homeowners replace and upgrade HVAC systems. You’ll meet with clients, evaluate needs, and present customized solutions with a one-call close approach.

The role offers company-generated leads, an uncapped commission plan, a training salary transitioning to a draw, and a take-home vehicle with benefits. Excellent earnings potential awaits top performers.

Qualifications

• Prior in-home sales experience preferred.
• One-call close experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge helpful (training provided).
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their current heating and cooling systems and present customized replacement solutions.
• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments to assess HVAC system replacement needs.
• Inspect existing heating and air conditioning equipment to determine job scope and pricing.
• Provide professional recommendations for HVAC system upgrades and replacements.
• Close sales in a one-call close sales environment.
• Deliver a professional customer experience from consultation through installation.
