Job summary

Gold Medal Service is hiring a Residential HVAC Sales Representative in New York. You will meet homeowners in their homes to assess comfort needs and propose customized HVAC solutions that fit their budget. Leads are provided and there is no cold calling.

Expect an uncapped commission potential, company vehicle, iPad, and ongoing training. You’ll spend time selling, not chasing leads, with support to build lasting customer relationships and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience.
• In-home sales experience required.
• Strong closing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and competitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified customers.
• Evaluate existing HVAC needs and homeowner requirements.
• Present customized HVAC solutions and accurate proposals.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and overcome objections.
• Follow up on proposals and existing opportunities.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure a seamless sale-to-installation process.
• Participate in local sales and networking events when needed.
