This full-time position offers a competitive salary between $80k and $200k+, supported by uncapped commission and strong install support. Qualifications include prior experience in residential sales and excellent communication skills. The role includes warm leads with no cold calling, and comprehensive benefits including a take-home vehicle, medical, dental, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Prior residential in-home sales experience.
• One-call-close experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge preferred in some locations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces, and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential homeowners to assess comfort needs.
• Present tailored HVAC system solutions.
• Represent ARS in a consultative sales role.
