Job summary

Kline Galland Hospice is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary hospice team in the Seattle area. You will provide in-home therapeutic support to hospice patients, helping maintain comfort, independence, and dignity in their own homes.

• Current Washington State license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in hospice, palliative care, or geriatrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support mobility, safety, and function
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, and physicians
• Document services and progress in accordance with hospice standards
