Job summary

Kline Galland Home Health in Seattle, WA seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our team. The role offers Part-time (30 hours/week) or Full-time (40 hours/week) with a $5,000 signing bonus for full-time (prorated for part-time).

You will assess physical and functional status, develop care plans with families, supervise home health aides, and plan discharges while promoting patient independence. Washington OT license and driver’s license required; home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have OT license registered in the State of Washington.
• Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Home Health experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and ongoing assessment of physical, functional, cognitive, and perceptual status.
• Develop and revise the plan of care with patient/family and care-team.
• Plan, evaluate, and treat assigned caseload and document progress notes.
• Supervise and mentor home health aides as appropriate.
• Evaluate outcomes and plan discharge.
