Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Washington is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join our home-based care team in Omak. You will assess clients, develop plans of care, and help patients perform daily living activities to maintain independence.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an OT in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one-year experience preferred, but can be less with executive approval based on prior experience.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients who have debilitating conditions improve daily living skills in the home.
• Administer skilled OT care under physician orders and established plan of care.
• Educate family and health care team members as part of the care plan.
