Kindful-Health,-LL Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to provide in-home patient care under RN supervision in the San Antonio, TX area. The role emphasizes safety, comfort, and respectful communication.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, safe transfers, documentation, infection control, and support with nutrition and activities of daily living; must have HS diploma or approved training and reliable transportation.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must have completed one of the approved nurse aide training/competency programs or state licensure.
• Ability to read, write and verbally report clinical information.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with safe transfers and ambulation.
• Report changes and document care provided.
• Practice infection control and maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Communicate with patient, family and hospice staff.
• Support proper nutrition and fluid intake; assist with activities of daily living.
• Manage time effectively to support hospice operations.
