Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Completion of an approved nurse aide/home health aide program or competency evaluation.
• Must have a current driver’s license.
• Experience as Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with safe transfers and ambulation.
• Report changes and document care rendered for continuity of care.
• Maintain infection control principles and a clean, safe home environment.
• Promote respectful communication with patient/family and staff.
• Assist with proper nutrition and adequate fluid intake.
