Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation is growing in Arlington, TX, and seeks licensed Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one, in-home care for older adults. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful patient outcomes within the Geriatric House Calls model.

Clinicians may incorporate telehealth and partner with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, while building lasting relationships with patients in private residences or senior living communities.

Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred).
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency required.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in home or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
