Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in Georgetown, TX. You’ll evaluate, plan, and administer evidence-based therapy in patients’ homes or senior living communities, focusing on mobility, independence, and quality of life.

You may incorporate telehealth and other virtual care to enhance access, while maintaining a flexible schedule and strong patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice or eligible to obtain license.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
• Current CPR certification and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in their homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support mobility, independence, and function.
• Document effectively in FOX's EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists; educate patients and caregivers.
• Offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
