Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation seeks licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one care in private residences and senior living communities across Georgetown, TX. You’ll create and manage treatment plans that improve mobility, independence, and quality of life for older adults.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in their homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support mobility, independence, and safety at home.
• Document in FOX’s EMR system according to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote aging in place and safety.
