FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one care in Arlington, TX, including private residences and senior living communities, leveraging our Geriatric House Calls™ model.

You will evaluate, plan, and deliver evidence-based therapy, document in FOX EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote mobility and independence for older adults.

Qualificações

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in their homes or senior living communities
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility, and functional independence
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Provide telehealth or virtual care when appropriate
