FOX Rehabilitation in Arlington, VA is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one geriatric home care. You will evaluate, plan, and treat older adults in private residences or senior living communities, with autonomy to schedule your visits and build strong patient relationships.

In addition to in-person visits, clinicians may incorporate telehealth to expand access and continuity of care, supporting mobility and independence for aging in place.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency to document care.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one PT to older adults in home or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver sessions to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.
• Document in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
