Generator Power Systems in Texas is seeking a Comfort Advisor - Generator Sales to lead in-home and on-site consultations, assess power needs, and design detailed generator solutions with CAD layouts. You will present options, close sales, and coordinate with installation teams.

The role requires strong consultative sales, knowledge of transfer switches, NEC standards, and proficiency in ServiceTitan, with the ability to explain technical details to homeowners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of generator sales, service/installation, or related electrical field.
• Knowledge of standby generator systems, automatic transfer switches, and fuel delivery systems.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and site layout drawings.
• Experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Nearmap) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct warm in-home and on-site consultations to assess power needs and generator placement.
• Develop site-specific proposals including CAD drawings and load calculations.
• Sell residential and light commercial standby generators and related equipment.
• Prepare and present estimates using ServiceTitan with pricebook configurations.
• Coordinate with installation crews and permitting authorities to ensure smooth projects.
• Maintain records of estimates, contracts, and installation schedules.
