Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home in Canyon Lake, TX is seeking a Pre-Arranged Funeral Counselor to meet monthly and annual sales targets through account management, new business development, and in-home presentations.

You will build relationships with client families, respond to quotes, and grow spend with new and existing clients while upholding our values of Respect, Understanding, Creativity and Professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A valid insurance license may be required in some states.
• Strong sales experience in the funeral or life insurance industry is preferred.
• High level of integrity, dedication, and desire to succeed.
• A good driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Meet monthly and annual sales targets by targeting clients in your region.
• Maximize opportunities to gain client family business.
• Develop new business and increase spend by all new and existing clients, in line with targets.
• Respond to quotes in adherence with company procedures.
• Develop new business from leads, referrals, or own knowledge base.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients by providing outstanding service and support.
• Be creative, outgoing, and energetic.
• Conduct in-home sales and group presentations.
