Job summary

Legacy Funeral Group is seeking a Pre-Arranged Funeral Counselor to meet monthly and annual sales targets by leveraging account management, new business development and sales skills. The role focuses on in-home sales and presentations while upholding company values.

Responsibilities include developing new business, serving existing clients with superior support, and responding to quotes in line with procedures. A valid license and driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Strong sales experience in Funeral or Life Insurance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record is required.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Able to conduct in-home sales and group presentations.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual sales targets for your region.
• Maximize opportunities to gain client family business and develop new accounts.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and provide outstanding service.
• Respond to quote requests following company procedures.
• Presentations to groups and one-on-one meetings in homes.
